Whats the deal with your staff?

My question is can you do anything to keep your staff happy so they don't sabotage your park, as we have seen in the new gameplay video? It is within our power to keep yore dinosaurs happy as well as the guest but do we have a way of managing staff and by doing so poorly will result in your employs sabotaging the park such as making the dinosaurs sick as we saw. Or is staff sabotage just part of the game giving you a mission and it is out of your control to prevent it from happening in the first place?

Sabotage seems to happen when one of the divisions is neglected. Trying to placate all of them (if that's possible) seems to be the best way to prevent, or at least minimize, sabotage.

I imagine it will be a bit of both. We will like some others in this thread have said, be able to minimise the chances of sabotage by balancing the contracts we accept. However, I do think Frontier will have written things into the storylines to tempt us into focusing on two of the divisions simultaneously to gain a big reward. Maybe further into the game two of the divisions heads will give us joint incentives to do their missions and encourage us to neglect the other division. In that sense I think it will definitely be part of the game, but it might take some of us longer to experience this depending on our choices/preferences on how we develop our parks.

I don't think it's a black/white thing - we'll have some element of control but I'm sure we'll all have to suffer at some stage - wouldn't be a 'Jurassic' experience otherwise! ;)

I saw in the last video the park staff poisonning your dinosaurs, can they also cut off fence power, steal a jeep and try to fly to the coast where a boat is waiting, Nedry style ?

It would be so cool to also have to worry about spies on your island. You would get a notification that there is someone dangerous on the island and you start to suspect your visitors, trying to find clues in their personal bio (do they still have a bio just like in JPOG?) or strange behavior (like taking pictures of the Science Lab, hiding alone with his phone...), then you send the security arrest them. If you picked someone innocent, your popularity would go down and you loose money.

Bring. Back. Biosyn Corp!
