General / Off-Topic Champions League

Real Madrid are a class act in world football, so i fully expect them to be favourites on paper. Still football is a funny ol game (oh my god how my team (Swansea) imploded to fall into the Championship!) and maybe Klopp can get a perfect performance from his team. We beat Liverpool though this season, so yeah ;)

It seems that he is threatened with death and his wife too, on social networks

I think the guy is probably suffering enough (confidence, guilt etc), so i hope the police track down those that are sending these threats. I used to love my country, but behaviour like that just shows how much we have changed for the worse :(

Still i think many people were saying Liverpool needed a more consistent keeper, before this recent high profile match. Swansea's Fabianski is available by all accounts, although i expect he might be a little too old at 33 for what Liverpool are after?

The threats to Karius don't come from true football fans, it's disgusting, most normal people who get angry at a player demand he be dropped from the team or sold, but i hope he does well wherever he goes, he certainly doesn't deserve this treatment.

Yes it's just the football

There are more serious things in the life

We can not threaten a person for the football

It does not make sense

Yeah. It blows but its a 24 year old kid who made two blunders. Its not as if he intentionally messed up. This stuff happens, c'est la vie. Best of luck to him in the rest of his career.

The Irish goalkeeper made the same blunder yesterday in a friendly match against France, on a goal of Fekir

Yeah. Just read it yesterday. That would really explain a lot and I agree that pig shoudn't be allowed on the green ever again.

I read that an Egyptian lawyer is considering a legal action to reclaim him a billion euros following his attack on Salah ! Yes One billion ! :D
