I heard PS4 is on June 10th and Steam is always 24 hours before the release.
Yes I’ve pre ordered the digital deluxe on Xbox.
On reddit someone said you have to go in the store page and from there it will let you download, I hope that helps.
I have the PC version, so I cannot check it.

On Steam it's usually 24 hours before release, "if" it's going to be made available to pre-download on Steam.
Yep bo said on another post that it can be downloaded, but not playable.
