I'm all for a few theme-park rides (including a minimal number of rollercoasters if there's room on the islands); there could be a game mechanic by where coasters need to purposely be built away from enclosures (noise pollution). A few thrill rides (twister, pirate ships, rotator swings) couldn't hurt, nor simple rides such as dodgems.
This is a park management game with a focus on dinosaurs, but there's no harm in accommodating a bit more. +1 on the river cruise and similar-such rides too.
Pirate Ships and Twister ... do you know any animal theme park/zoo with such nonsense beside small things in playground-sections for kids? And we have no kids on these islands. If you would be on these islands irl, would you take a ride with a normal roller coaster or would you watch the real attractions? I don´t think that anybody would pay a lot of money to travel on an tropical island and get into the most interesting theme park of the whole world for its famous roller coaster...
Beside that: it would be too much noise pollution and would attract too many american standard tourists
Dinosaurs are the stars and the attractions of this park!
Again: people who want to play planet coaster: do it! But not in JWE.
