This sounds pretty good. Law suites are a good idea. I am wondering how financially damaging they will be. Hopefully it's not too little or too much. It would have to be punishing though.

Well Genearos family filed a 20,000.000$ lawsuit against Hammond/Ingen due to the events of Jurassic Park

Glad they're including this. I plan on getting a few lawsuits on purpose, but will likeky limit the carnage (until the 2nd playthrough). Wonder if there will be achievements or trophies based on lawsuits?

Was happy to see this I mean if you just lost abit of park rating for a dino rampage it would be unrealistic. I assume the lawsuits will be a set amount in the 5 figure range at a guess but seeing some of the stampeding dinos that would rack up very quickly!

I hope they make the lawsuits not that costly since I hate expensive lawsuits and it's going ruin you severely.
The only exception would be if some rich celebrity was killed I suppose... (if JWE has a celebrity mechanic)

I remember in JPOG you wouldn't get penalized (at least financially) if guests died while the park was in emergency mode. I wonder if that will be the case here.
