Will Isla Nublar be just Sandbox?

Yep, but you have to unlock everything b playing through the game.
Most likely nothing since I hate sandbox
I'm usually the opposite; pretty sure all the Rollercoaster Tycoon, Zoo Tycoon and Planet Coaster games I've purchased I've gone straight to the sandbox mode - in part because it was already available to me. I do however like the fact that with JWE, sandbox, and specific creatures must first be unlocked in campaign before we get them in sandbox, thus ensuring that people actually invest in the game rather than just jumping into sandbox and getting bored.
Good Business and Community decision too.
Yeah I have to admit they handled the implementation of the sandbox mode perfectly by making it necessary to unlock everything in career mode first. I'd imagine at some point down the line the options available for Isla Nublar would include funds and missions though because a lot of people want it.
If they add what people call a challenge mode to it i'm good. But not just a unlimited funded creative version. I can be creating, but I don't want to waste time like that.
That is 100% what I want, it is my only real complaint that bothers me. I want something along the lines of Zoo Tycoon 2 challenge mode for Nublar where you can choose x amount of money to start and as you progress you get missions. And before people say that is what the whole game is, Yes i understand that, but why can Nublar not have the option for either sandbox or Challenge mode? Since I feel like I am going to miss out out the most iconic island of the series.

I would like to see both a sandbox and challenge mode. Where you can decide what to turn on. Start up Isla Nublar you get the choice of starting with unlimited/limited money and full/no research. That way you can decide how much of a challenge and how much fun you have.
Either way I'm gonna love it

Yes but do get everything unlocked you need to play the story mode (or what ever there calling it) to then have it in sandbox mode

Ok, so I get Isla Nublar is sandbox. You can go do whatever, yay, woo and cool. Why have you forced unlimited cash upon me? I want to play normally. Why did you not add a bool variable to simply allow/disallow infinite cash? I mean where is the logic? I'm sure a lot of people would like to play Nublar without cheats. Although, perhaps It's just me.

Does sandbox mode have the star rating system? If so, why don't you just reward yourself with buildings and dinosaurs after you get so many stars?
Not sure. I had unlimited cash confirmed to me and decided not to play. Nublar was the island I was mostly looking forward to, so to have that confirmed has put me off playing. I don't mind researching the dinos on islands but i don't want the unlimited cash.
