Favorite little random things I love in the game so far.

So I I have about 8 hours or so in the game so far and I love the starting island so much I haven't left it yet. Some things that I love are just the random interactions.

The Triceratops will stand by the fence and watch the guests.

Guest will point at dinosaurs

Guests will take pictures of the can see a dinosaur though the fence.

I noticed that guests will acknoldge rain.
I had a few more but cant remembe. But there is a lot of little detail that isn't getting enough credit.

Has anyone noticed their guests wearing shirts from the store. I have heard they will.

How far are you? I'm still on Isla Matanceros. I've unlocked Muerta and Nublar, but I want to finish up here before I proceed to the next island. I still need to max out the Triceratops and Struthiomimus' genomes, unlock the Dracorex, and do a few other things.

I've done the starting island twice. Once I messed up to bad and needed to restart. I have a full 5 stars on the first island. Have yet to go to the second.

I am still on Matanceros myself and I am also enjoying it a lot. There is quite a few places where you can build stuff. It looks small but there are places covered by trees you can place enclosures and buildings.

I’ve played about 5 hours so far and am thoroughly enjoying myself! Could be on Nublar or Muerta already but I’m wanting to max out all the first island Dino’s (just need Edmontosaurus and Huayangasaurus currently). It’s a complete aesthetic mess but has been an excellent learning experience lol.
So far my favourite little detail is just the way the Ceratosaurus watches the Jeep when you’re driving around. I couldn’t even park in the exhibit for a photo mission because the pair of them would charge the Jeep and roar instead of drinking or eating haha. Even parked just outside the fence they’d keep a close eye on the vehicle, it’s kind of awesome.

I am overwhelmed by my fondness for this game. No, it's not perfect. Yes, it needs lots of improvements. Yadda yadda yadda. Doesn't matter. I'm having a blast. I love every detail OP mentioned. I love seeing life in the dinosaur's eyes. The way the pupils move. I love watching a Ceratosaurus stalk along the fence, almost like it's watching the guests. I love the pace of the game, at least on Matanceros. LIke you guys, I unlocked Muerta, but I haven't had any desire to move on yet. Just unlocked Dracorex. Can't wait to release her!

I like the way the islands have different challenges - now have loads of money on Muerta and it's stil a pain (because : weather), but then the weather on Tacano is fine but just one slip and I struggle to make $$$. More challenging than I thought at first, this has some replay value. (That's if I ever get Tacano in shape).

The really nice thing about Tacano: I have time to actually look at the dinosaurs - on Muerta there always semed to the an emergency, a raptor related emergency

How could I forget to mention the audio!? I'm playing with headphones, and guys. Come on. The sound is ridiculous. Listening to the sounds coming from this herbivore enclosure is wild.

And have you noticed the flocks of parrots that fly up when you landscape? Not sure why, but I find it amusing.

One nice little Easter Egg I noticed when I first started playing is that one of the songs that plays on the radio in the jeep is the same song that is playing when Dodgson meets Nedry in that outside café place. It's pure nostalgia hearing that song while driving around in the 1993 Jeep. I love it.

Also you can turn the music off so you don't get hit with a copy right notice on YouTube. It's sad that it has to be that way but that's the world we live in. Someone might pirate a few seconds of music.

I am sure everyone remembers but here you go. It's called Las Gaviotas or something like that.

I like the radio in the jeep a lot. And the jeep itself ... is a V8? Ford Bronco engine! I think it's Little Mule, right? It certainly drives like that guy.

Hard to pin down what else I like but I do like. Nice pacing, had a lot of fun rewiring Matanceros, maxing some genomes and learning about my 'assets'. The multi language greetings at the monorail station a nice touch and I've decided that ALL dinosaurs look scary when they're wet, haven't even gotten to the scarier predators yet. +100

I thought Jeff Goldblum/Ian Malcom would have gotten annoying after a while. I was wrong, I am enjoying having him around as narrator and voice of reason for what I am doing with the park. I like all the characters and the voice acting is good. Even the guy who does the Owen Grady voice, to me it does kind of sound like him. It's good enough IMO, but then again I am not a huge fan of JW.

I just got a notice that a dinosaur was a threat to my guests. I checked the fences and everything was fine. I started looking around and discovered a single guest had gotten inside the Ceratosaurus pen. I have no idea how that happened. Maybe it was a glitch, or maybe this is a random event, like when someone goes into the tiger cage at the zoo. Either way, the dude got eaten. The funny thing was that the crowds on the sidewalk didn't care - some of them were taking pictures, hahaha! It was the best little experience I've had so far.

I love the little differences between animals.

In my chungking and Huayangosaur enclosure, the Huayangosaur spends more time in the water, whereas Chungking is a diva whose always near the viewing platform.

I had a dilophosaurus escape and bale up about 100 guests into a corner an proceeded to kill them. There was a huge pile of bodies lying on the ground with the survivors hudled in the middle. After i finally tranquilised it the remaining guests just casually walked off.

You have something to look forward to! Those are some escaping little s! haha. I made an entire paddock only with Dracorex and Trikes... They are really hitting it off. I couldn't control the Dracorex, before I did that.
