Hello! I was having a similar issue. If you’re on iOS, go to the settings app and scroll down to EVA. Scroll down to EDSM and Disable it. Something about that connection was causing my app to crash after every log on attempt. Disabling EDSM allowed me to successfully log into the app.

I just purchased the App on my iPad running iOS 10.1.1. First I would like to say Thank You for creating this great companion App! It's simply perfect!
I have one question regarding the "Hold Capacity". Is it by design or is it just me that it doesn't show?

Sync issues
I have a problem.I have some game record on my iPhone, but now I log on to my iPad and I can't find them.they're still on my iPhone. i want to sync them ,,,,,
By the way , for iPhone /iPad assistant , we can move data to computer then manage them on computer with some assistant app .

Yes, there was an update yesterday which should fix a couple of the crash bugs, particularly the annoying one on iOS 11 which crashes as soon as it starts for some people but not others
FYI I was away travelling since December and just wasn't paying very close attention to what was going on with the automatic crash reports I get. This is still alive, still being updated and will be updated for the 3.0 season if it's needed - I missed the beta period entirely. There's also a new option in EVA to connect to Frontier's beta companion servers.
The problem with missing cargo details is still waiting for a fix from Frontier. I do have a very elaborate workaround pretty much done for Android but ideally they'll get the fix done. I'm getting back in contact with them to see what's going on although of course I can't push very hard, and I'm sure they're busy with Jurassic World right now.

Just downloaded EVA. I have a frontier account. I have a Sony PS4 PlayStation account linked to my frontier account. When I put my frontier email and password into EVA I get the message that “frontier has reject the account because it’s not been activated” HELP please! I can’t use EVA, and I would love to.
