Hello Commanders,

So, you’ve heard the news? No? Well, we’re pleased to announce that, in the 3.1 update (coming this Thursday), the long-awaited Krait MK II will be making an appearance!

Commanders across the galaxy will soon be in the cockpit of the Krait MK II… but, before any of that, me and Steve Kirby, Principal Game Designer, will be taking to the stars in a Krait of our own, showing it off in all of its awesome glory!

Join us live on 26 June at 7:00 PM BST on our YouTube channel, where we’ll be taking a closer inspection of the latest ship coming to Elite Dangerous!

Really I also am very, very Kraitful. 3 1/2 years of waiting and asking Lord Braben the 3 times I've met him when/if it would be coming soon (I know, I have no shame) will soon be laid to rest. I'm really hoping it's going to be nippy enough for me to take it canyon racing :D

Thank god for that (I had a forum bet riding on this which would have meant I couldn't post for a month).
