The patch notes are now live!

Good to see all this work.. but 1 major disappointment for me anyhow, and 1 question;

1) The AFK Turretboat exploit (otherwise known as Healies for Feelies)remains in this game to be exploited. .. If this had anything to do with credits.. it would have been fixed 2 minutes after it had been posted online. Yet it remains.

The question:

You mention in the note about Powerplay / notoriety / crime and punishment. " "Fixed Powerplay crimes incorrectly affecting notoriety" "
I'd like to know if that addresses the fact it seems rather absurd that I as a Winter player, transferring ships between Winters/federation controlled systems, was getting penalized on ship transfer rates for PP actions committed against ALD or other Empire powers. It would make no sense to me why actions that my Power condones would penalize me a fine/additional transfer fee against another enemy Power (if I was transferring to or from an Empire held port - then yes, I think the fine/penalty fee/notoriety fine - whatever you want to call it - would be acceptable)

The above is my first bug report of three that also included links to videos of it happening, so there's no question it is a huge bug PREVENTING three or more friends from using SRVs together.

I hope they fixed this but just forgot to put it in the patch notes?

Not a single bug that I or my friends have reported since 3.0 dropped are addressed in the patch notes, so either these notes are non-exhaustive (okay), or Frontier has the most shoddy QA department in the industry. I truly hope it's the former, or you can stuff your paint packs where the Dweller resides [mad]
 
Removed the timed element from assassination missions, so that targets are no longer limited to spawning within a time window.

Excellent news! I can finally do assassination missions without worrying about running out of time due to RL.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA,
I for one, welcome back my new pirate-lord face, where at the end of the day I just dock and tomorrow start fresh (money no issue).

Have to admit that notoriety as it worked before 3.1 *really* stopped me from gank^H^H^H introducing emergent gameplay into lives of other cmdrs.

Yes and I reported it three times with links to the livestreams in which it happened.

We tested it again after 3.0.5 was released and it was still happening - only takes about 30 seconds to hard crash whenever third person gets in his SRV - happens even without being in the same wing, just same instance :-(

[*]Fixed an issue in the Systems panel that prevented the module health from updating correctly when repairing a module using a AFMU
Does this imply that the update-issue as a whole has been fixed? Because it wasn't only the module health that failed to update, it was the whole panel, including repair/activation indicators and the amount of AFM left.

OK I just want to complain about [insert] not being added to this deployment, even though there was never any promise of [insert] being made available in [insert version].
