today i baught a hauler...but i didnt get it.money got taken out.but didnt get it..:-(..

Is it not at the station i bought it,or??

Normally when you buy ships at this stage, you're supposed to be automatically switched to the cockpit of that ship. If that didn't happen then I recommend you submit a support ticket reporting it.

I have had this happen to me also. Did you lose internet connection during purchasing the Hauler?

This happened to me too. I bought a ship but I never made it into the cockpit of the new ship. However, my 'old' ship was at least assigned the resale value of the ship I was trying to buy. Check the prices and try again maybe.

Sorry to hear.
Same thing happened to me when I bought a Cobra. Spinning wheel of the transaction but nothing happened so I shut down the game and restarted and back in my old ship.
I was lucky to not loose any money on it but ive seen post about this issue before so only thing you can do is a support ticket.

Well,when i bought the hauler,and accepted.the game froze on the spinning wheel..So annoying..i waited for 10 mins..Got myself a drink..And after about the 10 mins i decided to restart the game alt f4

then i logged back in.:-( i had nothing and lost my ship.well,had the sidewinder.But not the hauler.Where can i make a ticket??

That's really harsh, as others have said open a ticket. On the bright side, better to have this happen now during beta than once the game has launched fully so if that is any consolation at least there's that.

When you start the launcher you will se to the left. technical support, Click that and login, and the rest is obvious

ah ha! he said, that means the transaction *sort of* went through as parts of the game now think you're in a hauler - get the sidewinder to get the 6k back then give it another go if you have the cash.

For a few times now my ship get stuck to an invisible object during launch ... expect all kind of weird stuff in betas just don't get dishearten by the bugs as many post are showing sign of breakdown ... ha probably they are not cut out to be in betas.

Yeah back out to Solo mode before you buy the ship. It goes a bit smoother.

Network connectivity seems to be culprit of many of the issues I experience when I play Online. It sounds a bit selfish but I hope there are US servers.
