Suggestion for new powerplay

When if powerplay gets moved to open only why not have the Powerplay factions cover the rebuy cost for players taking part in powerplay dooing powerplay stuff, this would make a lot more players engage in powerplay and vitalize it .

If you have to bribe people to use a feature, then it's probably not all that good a feature.

How is it a bribe you are dooing the factions work and fight their war why should they not pay ur losses , especially considering you are actually helping them conquest and keep whole star systems... so covering the ships insurance should be a minor reward for dooing powerplay stuff .
