I'm sure this has been asked (though maybe not since the update) but does anyone know of a planet that has Cadmium at a higher content level than 3.3%? I know how to use EDDB, but it hasn't helped much.

3.3% appears to be the max concentration.
Hunt metallic meteorites, they often come in groups of three and have high drop rates for cadmium, zirconium etc...

Yeah it seems those meteorites are the best. Anyone know where it find these more often? I rarely come upon them. Almost always it's Bronzite Chondrites and Outcrops, which both tend to rarely give me what I need.

The easiest way is to go to one of the crashed Anacondas and collect Ruthenium, and trade that down for Cadmium at a material trader.

In any case, primarily look for the higher level mats, always.

The "best Planets" are those with documented Volcanism
Those Sites on Planets with Cadmium should give you plenty to scoop with guaranteed results - regardless of percentage of the Element distribution.
Locate Needle Crystals if no G5 Element is present on Planet, otherwise Crystalline Clusters will have it.

That Bug Killer Anaconda in the Pleiades area also gives data.
