Everything that I think is missing

Hello everyone, I'm new to these parts... I apologize for my bad English, but I would still like to exhibit some ideas... So I'll be definitely short.


-Having vegetation on the planets, perhaps in a procedural way based on the characteristics of the planet itself.

-Besides the foliage also of the rivers or the seas.

-I don't know if it's already in development, but it would also serve the atmosphere on planets.

-Possibility to walk on the planet and maybe even on the same space bases.

-In the future maybe even add cities on the planets and not just the basics.

-Possibility to change color to the ship's interface.

-Maybe add some life forms on some planets scattered around the galaxy.

-In case you add the cities there might be a chance to explore it either by walking or with a vehicle... Obviously there should be life and why not? Even some little shops where you can buy something that's not in the space base.

-Same thing in case you add seas or rivers, some missions could lead the player under the sea surface to try and categorize maybe some form of life, or find minerals or who knows what else... This would lead to new missions around the galaxy and a new vehicle that has the function of being a marine under.

-Planets should not be flat or almost, but they should also have hills or even mountains to make it more realistic... As well as volcanoes in some perhaps inhospitable planets, add on these planets with volcanoes maybe the lava that descends.

-If you add the possibility of walking in my opinion you must also add the possibility of defending yourself with a weapon, a bit like with the vehicles.

-Add climate effects such as, thunderstorms, rain, snow, snow storm, Lightning, thunder, wind, sandstorm and so on... (But it should also affect the vehicle according to the current climatic effect... Of course they can not miss the clouds that change according to the climate).

-I think you should make some changes to the Radar to make it a bit more intuitive to better understand where the enemy's position.

-A graphic improvement in general... (This is the last thing to think about, but a general improvement never hurts in my opinion).





I know my ideas seem crazy, but I think with time you can create all these beautiful things, let's face it, I consider the game the best of its kind, but with some addition of the genre can go in the direction of perfection... Before I had mentioned the procedurality, but I think using it is not a bad indeed, in my opinion to use it wisely and correctly can give many satisfactions...

Example a city built by hand or almost and after leaving the city to grow in a procedural way or maybe that city is destroyed by space pirates or maybe not change anything with time, here This could be a great way to use it... Or with the procedurality to grow foliage according to the characteristics of the planet, this planet can be full of life and full of foliage or a planet arid and cold or warm according to its characteristic and distance from the sun.


I don't know, I'd like to see everything... What about you? Would like to see this in the Dangerous Elite?

Vegetation, water and lifeforms are all things that need an atmosphere to exist. so basically, you should have said you want atmospheric planets, that would have been enough.
For now, we only have moons or other orbital bodies, so no water, no plants, no life.

maybe next year they gonna add atmospheric and earthlike planets.

We all want most of what you want, but you are mostly talking about features typically found on atmospheric planets.
We do not yet have access to those, but FDev is definitely planning to add access to atmospheric planets and even the upper atmospheres of gas giants.

That will be a momentous day. I long to fly over seas and rivers and forests and see perhaps animal life experience and atmospheric effects, active volcanoes, lava seas and rivers etc..

Developing that stuff will take a lot of time. I suspect FDev are secretly working on this, or some of it, but of course that is just speculation.

Many threads have been created about "space legs", as we call it, but I believe that feature needs a lot of extra game play. FDev will have to build an entirely new game in this game to achieve meaningful FPA/FPS gameplay. I think "space legs" are still far away.

FDev have said they want to add customizable HUD, but this is not as easy as it sounds, because of how the current HUD has been implemented. It is most likely not a priority.

I would love a few city-like complexes on the planets we have currently access to. FDev could place a few of those circular planetary stations close together and connect them with roads for example. I think that would look awesome.

I don't think I have ever seen a better implementation than ED's scanner. What do you think is missing?

Nothing is missing at the Radar, but I would like it to be a little clearer on the enemy's position for example... For example if the enemy is at the top make it clear immediately that the enemy is at the top, while in the current way is not easy to understand especially if you are a newcomer.

Currently for a new arrival needs practice to understand the radar perfectly, I myself at the beginning I struggled to understand the correct position of the enemy.


Before figuring out the radar to find the enemy I was so ----> [???][hotas]

This is just my idea, maybe wrong, maybe everyone likes the current radar or maybe not this I can not know, the only thing I know and that the game is beautiful even so, but what I would still see in the game is all this. :D Maybe someday I can see this in Elite Dangerous [yum]

We hope that access to planets with atmosphere is possible in the future, fly between the seas, forests and why not? Even city is priceless, for goodness sake to travel between stations or from one moon to another but the planets bring the game to a next level.
 
Being a newcomer has its disadvantages, for certain.

I think some of your ideas may come to be with atmospheric planet landings. I believe they are working on this, so this could be very interesting.

The radar is difficult to understand at first, but you will get the hang of it. However, even I have some problems with it once in a while - especially the SRV scanner. I would like to see some improvements in SRV scanners, honestly.

Do not apologize for your English. It is better than most for whom English is their first language!
