PvP Top 2 experimental effects for weapons?

What are the best 2 experimental effects for weapons? It seems like most people use kind of a variety, but which experimental effects make the most noticeable difference?
 
I suspect if you had to only choose two Target Lock Breaker on PAs and Feedback Cascade on Rail Guns would be tied at the top. Enormously useful tools.

May be more illuminating for you to broaden that question out though and consider builds in general.

my favorite food tends to be sun dubu jigae.
just sometimes it happens to be insalata caprese.
yet other times, i can really crave for a good veggie cous-cous.
and don't even get me started about mushrooms!
i guess i'm a bit insecure ... hth!

I agree, when it comes to opposing shield/SCB heavy setups.

However, corrosive and penetrator are extremely powerful vs. hulls and are close seconds/thirds in overall combat value.
 
I'm gonna say tlb aswell, but am gonna throw another one into the mix, and say force shell, a large portion of pvpers fly fa off now so you can spin them like a top with a good hit, not to mention seriously screw with thier targeting systems, I get more complaints about it than tlb lol. Throw in a dispersal weapon and a dazzle one with a feedback rail and you're night on unstoppable
 
I fought a guy flying a shield tanked asp explorer with 6 force shell cannons. I beat him pretty easily but those cannons do knock ships around pretty bad. They don't do much to shields but it sure does have troll value.
