I've enjoyed this thread, and my hope is that we can encourage more players to try all the modes and find their space. I am trying with my second account to play primarily in open although with my main I am in Mobius. I enjoy doing my own individual thing, but I am hoping I can find some fun in open as well (and hopefully not as someone's griefing fodder).

This kid from the opening credits was one of my main surfing mentors.
He turned into an enormous human being, who surfed enormous waves.
A true ambassador and enforcer if need be.
One of the kindest people I've known, and I learned a lot from him.

The other kid actually surfing in the opening is also someone I know.
Last I heard he's still surfing every morning, and competing occasionally.
