Ice worlds need a hug and a soggy future

Yep, I've seen the concept art and whatnot for Ice planets and moons and yes they look snazzy etc...

What I don't see is options for terraforming Ice worlds. Turn them into water worlds. Would see a boom in the sale of space wellies and moray starboats. At the very least igloos for commanders.

That would be terrible, as we would no longer be able to land on them. :D

It's an interesting idea, similar to how in Stellaris you can (partially) terraform ice planets for some livable space. Maybe it'll be a feature of ED in 2030.
