Depends on what the question is...but ye they do occasionally answer something they wanna answer and completely ignore anything they dont (most things)

I do remember getting an answer on the whole beigification issue last year...only took 5 months of asking but they got there in the end...(even though the answer contradicted a previous off the cuff remark which left everyone even more confused cos they wouldnt elaborate)

Its been like this fer so long that I found the best option was to not ask questions at all...partly cos I dont trust them and partly cos ye wont get bitter when they ignore it.

A shorter version answer might be "maybe eventually"

Yes, i once asked in a thread if i should go for the cowboy hat look (on a given day) or the bowler hat and Sandro got back to me.

(Basically told me to not bogart his look and for me to not cramp his style or he would find and beat two sacks of **** out of me)

They fixed that.

Ye it only took 11 months and several mega threads of salty begging to get there. All of that could have been avoided by a single straight answer...the very thing they were either unable to give...or unwilling. So they fixed that particular bug certainly...but the time it took and the amount of threads asking fer clarification...that part is just best described as woeful and a disconnect with their own playerbase.

The thread aint asking whether or not the bugs were fixed, thanks fer pointing out what I already knew though...its discussing the process of getting questions answered. So thanks fer reminding me of where they failed utterly ^

I've read that line before. But I looked at the first 10 pages of Suggestions forum (where this thread started) and there is exactly one reply from FD. That reply was on a thread thanking FD.

So, basically, no replies from FD.

And the silence on the very threads ye ask fer feedback on...can this be explained why there are no answers fer weeks at a time? This line has been spammed on the forums fer years...and yet these issues keep coming up again and again with the same question...why is communication so bad?

Painting a rosy picture doesnt wash...a quick look through the forums and a search of dev answers reveals a much harsher reality of bad communication, and long periods of radio silence.
