Some companies make alivign out of just suing for infringements and rights stuff even if they don't hold them rightfully. But many settle down issues outside court and this gives money to these companies. Its a sad but often done practice.

While EDRPG is a done deal and if being distributed as we speak (YAY!). ED Battlecards is in limbo because of this action by the same people (BOO!).

Thanks Vingetun - I searched my old messages and found the original KS pledge registration for it and sent them a message. I really hope I get my ED RPG books!

System really reminded me (in some ways) of Cyber Punk 2020 system - statistics 1- 10 and skills 1 - 10.

I checked the forum and was hoping there'd be an ED RPG thread, could not find anything formal though.

Hopefully this ridiculous case will go the way of Harmony Gold's most recent litigation against Piranha Games & Harebrained Schemes-in relation to Battletech & the so-called "Unseen". The case was finally resolved, & HG was shown to not have a leg to stand on.
