The sound of the asteroid explosion was actually the sound of my blown mind!!
The preview they gave last year showed the asteroid splitting apart, albeit only in wireframe at that stage.
How long did you think it would last?
The original work in progress (mock up?) footage from Lavecon showed the rock splitting into diferent parts.

Promised myself not to get hyped but ohhhh boy. That's a pretty good trailer as well, quite short but contains a fair bit of detail - well done.
May as well call the PC the 'Elite machine' from now on and delete all other software, given I won't be playing anything else for the foreseeable future.
