Considered getting one when I was due for upgrade a couple of months back, I think they look great and I always like a physical keyboard. But reviews were dissapointing, the most important things on a smartphone, the screen and camera were poor compared to the competition, went with an s9+ instead.
I have one for a while now. It's great.

Tried the black and won't go back.
They rave and rave about security advantage... and I a SURE it is true.
However, apps and technology that I have come to depend on simply did not work correctly on that confounded phone.
For example, my joint calendar showing my office appointments, employee days off, wife's calendar, etc..... NEVER worked properly on the Blackberry. The security protocols (whatever they were called, not a tech guy here) meant that I could not depend on what the joint calendar was showing me on the schedule. I couldn't count on an appointment I scheduled showing up for all employees immediately.
We tried and tried. Security might be great but if you can't depend on consistent performance... you gotta go. If it can't be depended on... you are FIRED. No consideration for re-hire either. You lost your chance. That phone cost me time and A LOT OF MONEY.
