Aright, you can have it back, I'm sorry.
This is great. I've not managed to get into the beta yet so had no idea the Mamba is back. That is what I meant by re-introduced. It was one of the original ships from '84, and like the Krait, as ship us long timers have been wanting to see back again.
It's also harder to see in most environments...black is too high contrast...not that it will matter much if people start using night vision.

Yes, indeed. I use the white wireframes in preference to Black Friday/Midnight Black where I have them. Another veteran of the '84 campaign here. Seeing those familiar shapes is strangely comforting!
Of the original Elite ships, we still need white wireframes for the Adder, both Kraits, Sidewinder and Mamba.
Gold wireframes are still needed for the Adder, Fer-de-Lance, both Kraits, Viper MkIII and Mamba.
Come on FD, give us some nice Christmas presents!
I like your idea for black-on-white wireframes. That would be a good look.
Mamba just needs go faster stripes and a ship kit with lots of spoilers.
