The people who recognise Africa and Europe will recognise America as well. The people who only recognise America... will only recognise America.
... Sorry, what? :S How do you come to that conclusion? That doesn't make sense. You could just as easily say that the people who only recognise Africa will only recognise Africa etc.

There will be Elite gamers out there that only recognise Africa, but I'd guess that the number will be much smaller than those that only recognise America.
Because everyone know, USA is the center of the world.
