Yes but not always.
The procrastination is also the result of the temporary laziness or simply the lack of envy, which are not a mental health problem.
To be fair, it is hard to distinguish which is which. I don't give myself a pass, illness, quirk or not, I hate to look back and see day wasted. But sometimes it is really hard to get things done, despite me wanting desperately so. I have devised lot of tricks how to keep things going, but sometimes I wonder do others struggle in similar vain. As in the end I accept that it is how mind works, but I am really looking for improvements how to kick myself up in case when nothing really works.
I think in the end if you want things to be done, you have to find how to work with yourself, laziness or illness or personality quirk.
