I'm curious, Why does every ships super cruise sound the same no matter if it's a sidewinder or Corvette ? Would it have really taken the sound department that much more effort to put something in place ?

Honestly? I wish the sound they make in supercruise would change depending on the size of the FSD. I mean... listen to a capital ship jump in. They got class 10 FSDs probably.

afaik the older drives that the Capital ships use also leave behind toxic waste.According to lore, the capital ships still have the "old" kind of witchspace drive, the transition takes them longer, but they can appear anywhere in a system and not only at the center mass like we do.
