It’s only two ships, you can’t expect Frontier to have done any balancing within the last week.

I can understand a delay in an update like mining and squadrons... but unlocking two ships already in the game in the shipyard shouldn't be too difficult.

There will be other features and bug fixes we are not aware of, so I suspect it's a lot more complicated than simply turning mamba=0 to mamba=1 in the game.

I doubt its today as they need to pull the servers hours before. No announcement either, so thursday could be it too. We'll see.

Yes, imo the bugfixes should be the main focus for the beta 3. It's a torture right now to test the game in VR. E.g. scanning the Asteroids brings cancer to my eyes!

But for sure I want to have a Mamba in my garage... just for looking and cleaning

I'd like to think it's more than just 2 ships, maybe some bug fixes and changes to the exploration thing.

Krait Phantom looks like a good ASP alternative without the propeller sound XD

The mamba... I don't reall what to make of it. This one will need some testing. Love the top mounted C4 though.
