General Gameplay Possibility to enable infinite level of detail (LOD)

I have noticed that the trees look beautiful at short and medium distances, although, at long distances they look very ugly. I hope an option to enable/disable infinite level of detail gets added in a future update.

It’d be good to see this for you PC gamers the game wouldn’t be majorly held back due to consoles, and I think different options for pc users that go above and beyond console users should be easily accessible, though I’m sure there will be work arounds if you opened the game with specific console camands, like with WoW’ infinite LoD work around

a developer once told me that it is relatively simple to port an update from PC into consoles.

I would rather have an in-game option to enable infinite LoD, because commands can be forgotten, you know.

by the way... WoW = World of Warcraft?
