Wnen Josh Whedon killed off Shepherd Book (Ron Glass) and especially Wash (Alan Tudyk) in the Serenity movie (c2005) I was very upset. I had Josh's email address and told him how upset I was. Still being a Hollywood producer he has done OK since then.

Off topic I know, but I could kind of understand Shep's death, although I would have loved to hear his backstory (still think he was an Operative). But Wash's death was so unexpected, so pointless (the main battle was over) that it hard, still upset about it

Is this the leaf on the wind thing? It sounds like the leaf on the wind thing. My only experience with Firefly is a clip of a ship piloting through a battle and landing and the pilot getting killed by a jump-scare and and everyone is upset about it for some reason.

I like it, can go at Plaid speed, can carry cargo and passengers, will fit on a small pad and only needs one pilot, yep meets all the criteria
