Horizons is £8 - yes that's right - EIGHT POUNDS!

Alec, I'm disappointed!

Your race clearly needs to be called Ridge Racer. Pfft. :p

This has already been pointed out to me. I have duly smacked myself in the face but alas the napkin rings for the winners christmas meal have already been printed and Coldplay (who will be the surprise guests at the end of year awards ceremony) have already written lyrics to rhyme with "Pomeche Ridge Challenge" and Chris Martin says my favour is now used up and he refuses to re-write them!

I'll take the 2 pints, ty very much.
Once 3.3 is released i will have a good look, it looks promising alright.
There is always another sale, besides, i'll gladly pay full price for Horizons if i deem it a good purchase.
Not buying Horizons had very little to do with the price tag for me, but a base game needs to convince me before i buy expansions for it.
ED never quite did, it just always had (and still has) potential.
But potential in itself is worthless to me, it needs to be fulfilled at some point.
When/if it is i'll gladly spend more, discount or not.
Perhaps 3.3 is the time, perhaps it is not.
Also, i can afford the pints and buying games.:)

Ooooh, check out Mr money bags! I'll see you in the pub and make mine a double! :p

Hehe, you're more than welcome.
Of course i didn't mean it to come out that way.
Your heads-up to folks who may have held back because of the purchasing price is of course completely valid.:)

I'm off to the pub where the proper beer is £2 a pint during happy hour.

(Also, I already own Horizons and anything else they care to charge money for in the future.)
