With respect, I'd prefer to keep our relationship unfriendly. ;) You are griefers and we are griefer hunters. You are bigger and better than us at the moment, we know this. We will get better though and then we will come for you. Hell, we'll probably come for you again before we're 'better', lol.

But we will not be getting in touch requesting 1v1s, no discussion with the enemy. We will be hunting you wherever we can find you, in large groups, just as I'm sure you would want. ;)

Well, I really appreciate griefers / gankers in ED because without them there'd be no real danger at all, once you've left the rookie state.
I'm not an active PvPer but I play open only and build my ships with that in mind. If I want some thrill I partake in cgs only for the risk of being jumped at by an experienced cmdr or wing of cmdrs who want to see me dead.
In case of a single cmdr I engage and see how well I can do. Sometimes I managed to put to flight even an experienced PvPer, while more often I'm the one to bail. Either way, often enough we had a friendly chat afterwards and became friends.
In case of a wing I mostly run straight away and call it a win to make it out alive, which has always worked albeit sometimes barely.

However, there's also unpleasant encounters with cmdrs I can't take serious. So happened to me lately in Wyrd with a member of the above mentioned player group (to be clear, it was just an individual cmdr, no shaming of the group in general here). Went to see the Dweller with an unengineered, not combat-ready ship and got interdicted. Waked out and proceeded to Black Hide. Got interdicted by the same player again, waked out and proceeded. The same happened about 3 or 4 times. So far I enjoyed it, it's part of the game. In Supercruise I told him he just wasted his time (as I obviously didn't care to fight and was faster) but instead of acknowledging that I stayed in open rather than just going solo/pg he just felt the need to insult me, calling me names for running away. Personally I don't care as I'm not thin-skinned (and no, I wouldn't want a stupid profanity filter for cases like this), it just doesn't make him very sympathetic to me.

I can understand where you are coming from. But it isn't spawn camping what they are doing and you have in-game options to get pass them.

Would be nice to confirm a punch up time and date. What with instancing and timezones, it's always flaky trying to have big battles outside of being at a CG.

I know. And sometimes I'm in the mood of being their content. But at other times I'm not, that's what modes are for.

That's why I had a 1v1 with conch? :D Indeed and sadly we got interdicted by my wingmates but that was not intend. I also told them to stop shooting but Conch was already charging :p.

Best comment I've read here in a while. The game gets rather boring if all you do is cart stuff from place to place and only battle easy to kill NPCs.

Good on you, maybe you should instruct the rest of your Squadron not to High wake when challenged (Not all of you, just the ones that do do this :) )
