It's the first anime I've watched properly for over a decade.

I really feel like I've missed a lot. I watched anime all the time as a kid.

Sadly opportunity to watch anime, for me, dwindled to nothing for a long time.

But last night I begun a subscription to Crunchyroll and first thoughts?

I didn't dislike anime, I just forgot about it. I'm learning to love it again now. Spent all day watching AoT.

I like it but it's got too much of the usual young Japanese angst. Sadly my local station only showed the first season and I won't get it from another source because that station has world class subtitling and bad subtitles can ruin a show for me.

Never saw Attack on Titan, despite using an avatar for awhile that was from Range Murata's manga based on it.

Cowboy Bebop is more my style as far as 'classic, must-see' anime goes.

After seeing the Dragon Ball live action, I wouldn't touch such a thing with a fifty-foot barge pole.
