Fit a docking computer?
Fit a DSS?
Maybe fit a fuel transfer limpet controller so you're always ready to help people?
Or, just bung an extra cargo rack/MRP/HRP in?

I'm pretty happy with all of my ships already (with the ironic exception of my Exploration Asp) so I can't really think of anything extra that I might want to bung on them.

DSS, AMFU, MRP, CRCR, SRV Bay and others.
They already had DC.

You mean a docking computer isn't fitted as standard yet either? Why?

I thought the smallest SRV hanger needed a size 2... so it depends what your smallest slot is.

I've refitted mine already.

Adders now have FSD Boosters

Dolphins now have AFMU

Other ships have had SRV hangers moved from a C3 to a C2 slot and C3 given to cargo.

The one you'll end up with on every ship that has it's disco' scanner confiscated.

Course, if you don't routinely fit a disco' scanner to your ships, you won't end up with a newly empty slot.

Smallest needs a C2 slot, so yes, most ships will fit one no problem.

It depends. I tend to specialize ships.
I mostly used the ADS on Explorers and Material Gatherers (i.E. my Anaconda and my Asp).

The Anaconda got a refit as a pure speedrunner to go 76+ LY, so no ADS and free Slots.

The Asp got sold and will replaced by a Phantom, to be able to add repair limpets.

Every ship of mine that has an ADS has a DSS as well, so that slot will remain used. Probably more cargo space for the random stuff you find.

Yes, Sidewinders or other small ships will have to plan things differently. If I remember correctly the FDL has a size 1 slot as well.

I yesterday returned to Jameson Memorial and went through my ships. It turned out to be:
- one DSS
- one cargo rack
- one guardian shield booster
- one guardian FSD booster
- several HRPs.
.
And yes, the fuel transfer limpet actually also sounds like a nice thing, but it would need two slots. A limpet controller without cargo rack just is not doing that much good.
