General / Off-Topic So, someone tried to convince me he played Elite Dangerous on the 360...

Yesterday I heard some utter rubbish.

A fellow tried to convince me that he was playing Elite Dangerous in Alpha on the Xbox 360.

Why he said this I'll never know. Not sure what he was hoping to achieve.

I told him that if he was so certain of what he was saying, then he should sign up to this forum and tell us about his experience.

Why I keep meeting people who make up lies like this, I will never know.

When he made the claim, I immediately told him that he was either mistaken or lying, to which he said he did play on 360, at which point, I just left the party.

It is worth noting that his girlfriend was also in the party, so I suspect he was trying to save face.

Was still funny hearing him squirm when I unleashed my knowledge of this game on him.

20K posts give me something of an advantage lol.
