founder world permit

You need to have a rank of elite. It doesn't matter which one.

Otherwise, you would have to be a kickstarter backer.

You need to meet one of the following criteria.
1. Be Elite (In at least one rank out of Combat, Exploration, or Trade)
2. Be an original backer (Possibly of a certain level, cant 100% remember now)

Not sure why you would have suddenly lost the permit though if you had it.

Or the cleanup continues from long ago where some had the permit that shouldn't have had it, and FD was removing the access.
