Squadron Questions

1. Can you disband a squadron and create a new squadron with the same name? Disbanding would be while I'm the only member, so the Squadron should be deleted.
2.a) When I quit a squadron as the founder and I'm not the only member, does the leader/founder status moves over to someone else?
b) When I re-join this squadron, can I regain the leader/founder status?
