FDev, when will you fix the freeze ups since Q4? Seriously wound up now.

I thought it was just me. Running Win 7 so not a specific Win 10 issue.
Same for me, Win7 PC in the new Lagrange cloud area (not IN the cloud, checking out one of the planets and practicing with the infinite space probes). Froze for about 3 seconds, then back to normal. Happened about three times as I approached a planet (one time per three of the planets) as I hit the "shoot the probe button out" button. Froze for 3 seconds, then back to normal.
Fdev already know about it. But question is, do they care enough to fix this before Xmas? Too late now. Lol.
I'm on PS4, so not PC related either.

I've had a couple of pauses, broadly one per session on PC, four or five seconds at most, so hopefully this helps.
Got a link to a fix for W10 Sluethbos? I haven't heard or seen this but am having the glitches, but only in ED
It wont fix whats happening as its happening on all platforms seems to be a timing issue between the client and server from what i can tell.
no, i don't get crashes, just the freeze. annoying indeed, but a crash is considerably worse.
actually, i can't remember a crash in ed, not in q4 and not ever. lucky me!
the game hanging and having to taskkill yes, a few times, 1 since q4 (and not related to the freezes, this was 'infinite loading').no, but game mode is a frequent source of conflicts anyway. knowing that it exists and how to disable it if necessary is handy knowledge, good to spread
I too have been experiencing these random freezes. And nothing has changed on my PC at all other than Elite updating. And it's ONLY been happening since 3.3 went live.
It's not overly disruptive as it typically only shows up maybe once or twice in an all day session, but it is annoying when it does happen.

I haven't played in months but I've always experienced hangs, disconnections and crashes with ED on my PC.
Last night was my second session since I came back to ED to try out the Q4 content. In just over 2 hours of game time I had 3 disconnects, 1 hang that required a task manager shut down of the client and a full crash to desktop.
In the end I couldn't even connect so I gave up....clearly optimisation and a QC pass was not part of the Q4 update.

Me too, nothing to do with windows 10 as I'm on win 7.
Random 20-30 seconds hangs and then continue as if nothing happened. Not just SC but pretty much anywhere, doing anything.
Doesn't happen that often, but it is very unpleasant in VR.
Never happened in beta. Only since the 3.3 update.

This is different from a crash or disconnect. With this you are just moseying along and everything just stops. Then 10-20 seconds later, everything starts again. So apparently the network is still talking as you don't time out. Seems to be random as well. Yesterday it happened to me twice while sitting in dock (different ones).
