Not a significant one, if so - I know of some very low population systems that have lots of these missions.
What the economies are of the nearby systems is important, though.
^listen to this guy.
Extraction + Boom are good basics. Add in how many other extraction sites are nearby, how many refineries, industrial, etc.
It does sometimes take a bit of looking around for the right conditions, but once you find them, bookmark them.
I have a mid-bubble base in a region with a dozen extraction sites and loads of refineries. It's alright, but there are too many clustered together - I use it more as a central base of operations for PP, CGs, etc. My T-9 is parked out on the edge where I found a large-pad extraction base with one nearby large-pad refinery and it seems to pay 5-11mcr / 88-180t even when not in boom (this is new post 3.3), so when I need/want credits, I head out there for 30mcr runs. Similarly, my Python is (was, I seem to have lost it) parked near a pair of outposts that give similar payouts. I tried using the GalMap filters to move around and keep finding potential setups, but then you need to keep repping up all over the place.
