Guardian FSD Boost Doesn't Work

You have to be more specific. Maybe post a screenshot.
For starters, it isn't the Guardian FSD Boost(er) that doesn't work, it seems for you the Guardian Tech Broker isn't working.
Have you unlocked the puzzle to get the blueprint for the item?
Have you got all the components required: 21 x Guardian Power Cells, 21 Guardian Technology Components, 24 x Focus Crystals and 8 x HN Shock Mounts ?
It is very difficult for the community to help you if we don't know what happened.

Different tech brokers offer different modules. Does the tech broker where you are offer a FSD booster?
The tech broker at Jameson Memorial offers the FSD Booster. Also, in Outfitting they are not under experimental but have their own module category of "FSD Boosters".

A little bit more info would help people to know what's wrong OP. What are you actually trying to do? Purchase it, or are you actually using it on your ship at the moment?
