Which should I invest in?

I currently have a single-monitor, t.flight hotas x +keyboard setup. I also have a 200 USD budget. Should I invest in a tobii eyetracker, TrackIR, or a better HOTAS?

Definitely the T16000m FCS HOTAS.
Can't comment on the eye trackers though.
I manage to use the mini analogue joystick on the Throttle to look around with.

Since i blew most of my cash on a dual stick t16000m setup, i got the TrackIR clip + a playstation eye. hopefully that'll work with Freetrack after removing the IR filter etc etc
