What does Lockdown actually *do* now?

I've been doing some destructive experimentation and found that it does, well, nothing.

There is no reduction in security response times, no extra native security (actually no native sec forces at all) and all I see is a few military couriers from both superpowers and independent who occasionally try to stop me.

In this state I see no ATR, no different POIs. Compared to civil unrest its like a pyjama party. Nothing appears to be blocked or offline either.

Is this supposedly normal behaviour now, or has FD plugged it in wrong?

Nobody knows. And that probably includes fd.
Raise it as a bug, I am sure they would be interested in the results of their bgs changes.

Quite frankly I'm very disappointed in this new BGS. It has flashes of something great and then it dumps tons of poo all over it.

Since they got rid of the negative effects of TS, I wouldn't be surprised if they removed the "Lockdown" effects of Lockdown.

This. All negative state aren’t negative at all. Lockdown is just blocking you from mission board.

I thought it would play a bigger role related to happiness but it is utterly useless as there is no more blocking state.
