High End materials gathering is quite simply worse than before...please acknowledge...

Nope. Lots of you saying "bgs fine, just bedding in" and ignoring what people are actually talking about. I read a lot on here and you pop up a lot. I now think you wilfully try to derail valid concerns of players which is a shame because i reckon it makes support staff and devs take these topics less seriously.

The BGS is fine, its just been upgraded and the people who struggle to adapt to change are still trying to do things the old way (as with mat gathering/grinding).

I'm afraid someone else beat you to the punch on the stigbob is a deliberate saboteur conspiracy theory some months ago, but don't let that put you off it was an impressively bonkers first go.

If people are saying that then perhaps you need some time to reflect how you approach a topic.

No its not, I'm happy with this thread, it went exactly as I hoped it would. It was carefully considered as are most of the things I say. What's more, you're wrong about it being faster than ever before, EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN MATS which are currently plentiful, either by nature or bug of the bgs. I do NOT consider it an improvement, when I have to spend 15 minutes logging in and out to get what would have taken me only a few minutes on the old system, and a few minutes of actually playing the game, not tapping menus and abusing exploits. The underlying system is what needs fixing, but there are several band aids that could also be applied in the meantime. The worst case scenario is that they remove the exploit and do nothing to increase the availability of certain materials, or proliferation of certain states.

We're space trash collectors, sometimes you have to work to put food on the table. The good news is that the new system is much more proactive than just finding a system in the map with the right conditions and wandering aimlessly for hours.

You want MGA's? Then go find a system at war, scan USS's, and hope for a HGE. Couldn't find any? Now it's decision time, do you bite the bullet and go to a shady trader who rips you off? They need to feed their kids too. Or do you go to another system and scan that down? Maybe you even target a whole cluster of systems that are more likely to contain the states you need. Maybr you need to SEARCH a bit. We have a nifty new tool that lets us do just that.

Maybe people are too entitled to always want that G5 or that DD5 mod. You want to upgrade that slow ship into something that boosts faster than every npc in the game? Then maybe you should work for it. Or just settle for that DD3. At least now we can be proactive about the whole thing instead of treating mindless afk gameplay as status quo.

Why, you are the toxic one getting all sniffy and personal (and a bit stalky).

Haha good one. I was merely suggesting you are not paying attention to what people are saying and perhaps you should take a look at how you post on these kinds of topics. Its quite "toxic" as without fail anyone with a valid concern even one that isnt bashing FD there you are rubbing people up the wrong way. Must be frustrating for people trying to get a point across even politely. There is a pattern.

There was lots of this :

I'd be certainly mad if my oponent just made an illegal move, luckly in official tournaments you can just report it. In the game however, when you report a flaw in the game, it can take months or even years to be fixed if ever.

And no there wasn't lots of "I don't like what you like" Bob. There were people including me not denying the fact that material traders are a way around it. I personally don't favor your approach. That's a difference in opinion. I'm not telling you to stop liking it. I'm not telling you that you're doing it wrong. I presented you with factual data from the game it self to point out, that according to the game it should be available outside material traders. That these materials all share the same rarity, but due to the BGS reset some are much rarer than before. Then your sniffy reply is that you don't have that problem and that my approach is probably wrong. You see Bob. You are just incapable of imagining anyone doing something differently than you. That is the exact reason why these discussions heat up the way they do.

Quite frankly I'm starting to think that this is your sole purpose in threads like these. Knowing beforehand how people will react to you, so you can get your daily report post and amusement fix. Well I'm not going to be the one that fuels the fire Bob. Peace man. Enjoy ED, have fun.

Yep you are following people round the forum analyzing posting patterns, then you probably mark it up with red string on your crazy wall. Totally normal and non-toxic.

What are you on about ?, I just TLDR'd fully half of the thread.
You certainly didn't TL;DR the post you responded to with that last use of the image. As such it seems more like reflexive snark than an actual counterpoint. I don't even know what it is that that post is supposed to not be liking that you like unless you are specifically advocating that items of similar rarity shouldn't be actually of similar rarity? And even if so that response still leaves that snarky ambiguity to stand for itself.

Maybe you should read the thread.
