Missing guardian location

Hi,

I am at HIP 17125. I went there because apparently there is a crashed Thargoid ship somewhere then.
So I went into scan mode and scanned through all the planets and stuff, and I found one of the moons reported a guardian location. So I went to the planet launched some probes, but when I got there there was no guardians stuff came up. Got the Thargoid ship thought So now I'm landed on the moon and wondering what I am doing wrong?

I am at another planet and it seems there are false guardian notifications here too...
Maybe they had an intern doing this part of the galaxy?
Not sure if I should do a bug report, as I need to really verify this first, but there's no way to land on this planet even if I knew where the signal is coming from.

Here's two pics, both saying there are 2 guardian signals coming from this planet.

i.e the same bug that Factabulous linked

As for the "Other"... I've seen mention of such signal sources in other posts, and nothing's been found where that's been listed.... so could be bugged as well :/

Not very? "Oh look there are two signals, and two things. They must be related, looks like the dummies misclassified" Takes about that long to work it out.
