The outside station fighting was fairly exciting, just wish he had a more mature mentality about the entire thing. It was obvious he was doing it to invoke players into becoming upset.
Hoping these kinds of incidents will be rare once the full games comes out
The guy immediately accusing me of hacking because he has a terrible shot and misses with his cannons. I would shoot him 2 or 3 times to take down his shields. Then finish him off.
AT NO POINT did I hit dead on 5k with cannons as its range is 3-4k.
I fly with FA ON, except for when I'm banking and inside a turn already I toggle it off with the button I have bound on my joystick. Which allows a faster turn, anyone with basic experience in this game can tell you the same.
OBVIOUSLY, I will respond in kind when someone sends me a comm about how I "hack and use a hacking tool".

After buying back a new viper and choosing full load-out it would re-spawn my ship with 0% Hull, or damaged modules from my previous fight. If flight assist was turned off when I died, I would then launch with flight assist off in my new ship.
A similar instance I bought my new Viper and upon loading into the hangar I blew up instantly haha

Regardless of you using a hack or not, you were talking about tears and owning Freeport well before I mentioned anything about you using a cheat tool, so don't make that your excuse. On my screen I was being killed within seconds of undocking and you just ignored my statements about abusing the no fire zone.
It doesn't justify your actions.

I met with that commander this morning. Hit me inside the station. I was able to get out and managed to get a shot into him before I was destroyed. He was gone by the time I logged back in. Then had a bit of a tussle with another commander in a cobra, that engagement went better and he stopped his actions, at least while I was there. I look forward to meeting the viper pilot outside of the station. I think things will be different the next time we meet.

I believe the player has logged out for now. It probably would have been fun had he not talked in such a cocky no cares given attitude.. however it was enjoyable watching his ship explode from station fire the few times he missed me while I was undocking
At least there's that. If you can get them to miss, the station will wake up and do something. I still think space within the station should count as a hit, regardless of how good their aim is. I'm all for chaos outside the no fire zone, maybe even some fudging along the borders, but for a station to see lasers and cannon fire come through their entryway and not do anything, even if it's not the station getting hit, is a bit much. It's bad business.
Please don't act like I'm trying to continue anything here, that's on him. Not sure why you feel that his explanation of our fight makes what he did any less right for grieving, though.
I can play however I want to play. If you don't want to encounter any PVP in an ANARCHY system then play in solo.
I don't owe you any explanation. I'm defending myself. Everyone is supposed to believe you just because you said that's how it went down?

The way you described things at first I thought he was cheating. Seeing the video he clearly is not. Four cannons will kill you that fast, especially if you have 0 hull.

You're wrong about the pvp. I actually enjoy it quite a bit.
However what I don't like are people abusing a bug within the game and feel they can insta-kill people as they take off launch pads, repeatedly. As soon as I would spawn you would dash through the entrance and start taking shots, or shoot me in the back because you were waiting. How is that defending yourself?
I have multiple recordings. That link was not meant to show him using a hack, and that was not part of my initial post. For all I know it could have been server issues causing a delay on where his ship was located. On my screen my shots were dead on at times and still missed. Not going to continue this as I think you're missing the point there agememnon.
