You just deleted my CMDR in the account transfer I requested.

I made it CLEAR that I wanted my PS4 account wealth transferred to my XBOX. I requested this over a MONTH ago.

In that MONTH I got tired of waiting and started grinding up, got myself a fdk and asp and basically the same money I was waiting for my PS4 to transfer over.

Now I log in and you have deleted my XBOX CMDR so now I have NOTHING to play with and I have no idea how INCOMPETENT you can be when I specified what I wanted transferred more than once in my emails to you.

I would LOVE to see how you can convince me to stay your customer after this

Edit - Never mind my comment - looks like Brett ( above ) has the route to a solution

Terrible news :| I hope this get sorted out soon for you.

I don't know exactly how FDev proceeds with transfer request, but I would suggest checking your Xbox one ED copy. Once the transfer is done, your original CMDR is deleted, maybe this is what's happening to you.

Which airforce are you a dude in? Maybe your account got messed up because you're in the "wrong" one.

Just kidding. I'm 100% certain FD will fix this. They are a good company.

I checked. My Xbox CMDR is gone.

You can only have the one CMDR going, so if you asked for a transfer then played on the thing you'd asked for the transfer to be made to of course it was then overwritten. Nobody mentioned an account merge, which seems to be what you really wanted.

His Xbox account was deleted not overwritten.

I requested a transfer from my PS4 to my Xbox. The transfer only moved over wealth, money and ship value etc. The. Original CNDR is deleted.

They transferred my Xbox wealth to my PS4 and deleted my Xbox CMdR. Which is the account I am playing on now, as I sold my PS4 and hence this whole transfer thing.

I'm afraid I can't quite grasp the concept of transferring from one console to the other. At the end of the day, they both do the same thing.. run games at 60 FPS.

I mean, I'm sure there's some reason, and I don't really need to know, it just makes me smirk.

As been said though, support can sort this out for you. The forums can just sympathize or harvest salt - sometimes both at the same time.

Oh, they did it backwards. Oops. At least that seems like the sort of thing they should be able to reverse.
