Well it's pretty self explanatory, Just a mode that only the players of the squadron can join.
I know that you can just invite squadron all members to a private group, but it would take a long time and new players could also join.

If FD adds a PvP flag for PGs, maybe they could add a squad flag so anyone part of a squad automatically belong to it and no one else. Just a thought.
