Raxxla will always be, exactly where it always has been. Slowly drifting further away from its star, but always there... just awaiting someone to "report it"... However, some just seem content to guard it (for personal gain?), or for other reasons (FDEV- Thank you Commander!!! Please hold off on publicly announcing this Discovery!!! As that game content is not yet ready for release. OUTSTANDING JOB COMMANDER!). But, when the content is ready, everyone will know.
