Im new to all this Elite stuff but it looks pretty cool...
Im presently learning the ropes got a few credits and a new laser....
Ive gone to Wryd to cull the populace but dont know where to find these 'civilians'......
How many ships will be in final game?

ill probably add to this next time im stuck cheers for any help

Go to the nav beacon near the star - lots of traders out there to cull. Watch out for the feds.

final game never will be final (constant updates+at least 2 game changing expansions), but first "final" game should have 25 playable ships+many non playable

read newsletters and design discussion archive if you want to get more information, there is A LOT of it

Welcome!

You'll find "civilians" around the station, or in the Nav Beacon area near the largest star. Anyone that has a name and not marked as wanted, and not a system security vessel would be civilian.

There will be 25 ships at initial launch... Expect more later

you will find a few here and there at USS's, but in greater numbers at nav beacons.
