I come on here for the first time in a while, and all I see is complaining, which is why I left the forums in the first place. Here's a idea: how about excepting the fact that Frontier needs money? How about excepting the fact that things aren't going to be handed to you on a silver platter all the time? You don't want to pay for a DLC that people worked hours on end to make? THEN DON'T BUY IT. Now STOP COMPLAINING. It's sad when the only times this forum is busy is when something comes up that they don't like.

Nothing lasts forever and Frontier had its share of goodwill early on apparently.
The pizza I just bought had an optional topping for extra money, brb, gonna go and complain about how awful the pizza place is for doing that instead of just giving me that topping for free.

"needs"? as in charity? as in donations? I'm pretty sure all the employees at frontier have a well furnished home, they are not in any need. Don't forget, a lot of people paid more than $45 for preordering (some people spent hundreds on this game already, and more DLC will increase that price further). Not that many people are asking for anything free, some of us just wish the DLC contained a little more, like better entertainers, or at least some animated props featuring Doc Brown or the Munsters

I think in this context "need"= what incentive to keep working on PC as opposed to working on something else... We want them to keep working on PC right? So what incentive do they have to do so beyond money and their own passion?
Obviously, every company has an incentive to make money... MAKE not need, there is a big difference there
And yes Frontier is clearly dedicated to making more money, thats why they keep giving "free" updates, so their community doesnt turn into the RCTW forums, a happy community is what drives sales

Maybe people are mad about that DLC because this game is not totally complete yet. For now, it's more a sandbox game, than anything else ^^. It's not about buying or not that DLC, but maybe "you could improve the management side of this game first", for example. IMO, this DLC came too soon, that's it.
1) Thank you, but people should stop creating new threads about the same thing. It´s very annoying and also against the rules. First search if there isn´t similar thread, then contribute to it with your opinion.
2) The main point of this "struggle" is not that Frontire wants more money. As mentioned in other threads, most people is willing to pay more for the game.
3) If you left the forum because people complained here, then you should get back only when you learn to accept others people opinions. It´s not the right time, I can tell, since it´s not very smart telling people to not complain. Complaining is negative feedback that might push the game more forward, unlike prising. Not saying prising is not important.
4) When you still have this special urge to create a thread similar to dozen others, at least learn what the problem is. You say we don´t want to pay, that´s not, in fact, true. We have different problems with these DLCs so be so kind, to at least some investigation before you make another useless thread.

The people who complain about people who are critic (or "complain" as they would like to call it) are doing more bad than good because they start to make things personal.
It's about Planet Coaster and the future development.
LOL How dare they offer toppings for extra money. Especially when some people don't like the taste of the base. They should instead perfect the base taste so every single person likes it before dreaming of adding toppings for a price. [haha]
