Relink Coaster

Hi!
I've made my first coaster (sandbox mode) and when I test it, the game said it was too scary and nobody would like to ride it.
Then, I thought that maybe the problem was the chosen car (the stork one, actually) then I selected it and deleted it. Leaving all my trails there, orphaned.
Now, i'm trying to relink another core to it, another cart or whatever you put to begin a new coaster. So, i've tried the stork one again and not even this one seems to get relinked to the original trails.

Is there a way to link or relink trails to another core?

I think I could be missing some keybinds, maybe...
Thank you! [big grin]

Not possible.

What is possible: change (some) coaster cars in the coaster settings window (when selected outside edit mode). youtube helps

Keep in mind that not every caoster cart can be switched with another... due to mechanics and clipping coaster with the stations.
Although Frontier provided an option in the "game" option menu to get more changeable coasters -> not every coaster looks/fits nice on other tracks.

If your ride is too scary another cart won't help -> less or more wagons might, or change / smooth out/ bank / less G forces will always help to lower fear and or nausea.

I don't think that's possible, unfortunately. [ugh]
For future coasters though, try turning on heatmaps and selecting fear. Start testing your coaster and the game will mark out the problematic sections that you need to work on. I find it most helpful to turn on heatmaps when I'm still building the coaster so I can automatically fix anything I need to instead of having to go back and rebuild half the roller coaster later.

Hopefully that's helpful. Good luck with your creations! [happy][down]
