I searched in the forum but could'nt find anything like this so:
1. If you park closes over night, don't skip time. The time the park is closed and the visitors leave can be used for janitors and mechanics to do their jobs and keep visitors happy [happy]
2. Shifts. With the 1 Idea comes the second. it would be great to hire workers for shift (3x 8 hours for example), so you could say over night are many mechanics needed to maintain everything and while visitors are at the park there are just a few to keep everything running.
3. Individual closing/opening times for rides, shops, coasters, etc. So you can controll the flow of your guests. Let's say the park closes at 8pm, so the shops, rides far away from the entrance start to close at 7:15pm, so peaople start moving towards the entrance and the shops near the entrance are opended until 8pm. Maybe you open additional souvenier shops near the entrance only at evening, so they can handle them additional load of guests.
Just my ideas for simulation evolved
